Our meeting includes a feelings check-in, reading from the BRB/LPG/New Hope, meditation time and breakout room shares. Socal 3 provides a safe place to share your adult and childhood experiences. Newcomers are encouraged to join us, and we make time for newcomer questions at the end of each meeting. On Fridays, we read from ACA's Loving Parent Guidebook (LPG). On Sunday nights we read from A New Hope ACA Beginner's Handbook.
