    We read from the meditation for the day book, and relate our shares to it, but you are welcome to share whatever you need to. Each of us shares, with no cross talk, 2-3 minutes each then we close our meeting and have cross talk discussion for the sake of fellowship and feedback from others. Great format to make new friends, find a sponsor, for deeper connections with fellow travelers. All are welcome!
