    Black in ACA Black Adult Children Overcoming Underearning We focus on taking our ACA program to work as described in Chapter 14 of the Big Red Book identifying with the Workplace Laundry List Traits and using the ACA Workplace Toolkit. We also learn to navigate the challenge that racial trauma plays in underearning & underbeing.
