Welcome to this ACA recovery meeting. We will read strengthening my recovery followed by a reading from the BRB and then have shares. We hope you can join us! I created this meeting after seeing there are no other options at this time slot but for a meeting that regularly has 60 attendees and an hour wait to share.

I am so passionate about recovery of trauma, which is what I believe ACA does. I have read the book Complex PTSD book three times and it is invaluable. I have 17 years of therapy under my belt and I still think ACA and reading of this book is super useful. There is another meeting at this same time discussing this same book. I decided to create this meeting as someone commented they felt triggered as there was competition to share as there are over 50 people attending. I want to make this less triggering by creating another option to meet and discuss this important material Please join us! :)
