    Welcome. We are a "Sock Puppet ACA-based Workshop", designed for those who have lost, through death or a felt death, one or both parents (or any other significant person): either during their own childhood or during their own early adulthood. Sock puppets are a somatic method to more freely express the truth of our own inner children. For security & comfort among us we require camera-on approx. 90%.
