Welcome to the Step Yellow book meeting. We will start with Step 1 on Tues, May 6 but feel free to join when you can.
Sometimes it's hard to find a sponsor. It won't be exactly the same but we can do the readings and take turns answering the questions and I think there will be a lot of benefit reaped! :)

I am so passionate about recovery of trauma, which is what I believe ACA does. I have read the book Complex PTSD book three times and it is invaluable. I have 17 years of therapy under my belt and I still think ACA and reading of this book is super useful. There is another meeting at this same time discussing this same book. I decided to create this meeting as someone commented they felt triggered as there was competition to share as there are over 50 people attending. I want to make this less triggering by creating another option to meet and discuss this important material Please join us! :)
