The Laundry List was the first piece of literature written on a scrap of paper by Tony A at the very first meeting of ACoA. It has evolved into a workbook, which is a perfect starting point for newcomers, to identify common behaviours of Adult Children.
Very close to Ringwood East train Station, behind EACH main reception, there is a walkway on the right-hand side which goes to the rear of the complex where the meeting is. Plenty of off-street parking via Freeman Street.
