    Focus: Fellowship Text (BRB)

    The focus of this meeting is for adult children to get in touch with their suppressed anger and learn to express it in a healthy functional manner.
    ‘Many adult children swallow their anger only to produce cases of depression or panic attacks. Whether explosively angry or routinely sorrowful, these behaviours are a vicious cycle that harms our relationships.’ [p. 42 BRB]
