    Focus: Loving Parent Guidebook,

    30 minute reparenting practice, using the model from the Loving Parent Guidebook page 223 Appendix C. No book necessary to practice with us.
    Safe place to speak aloud lovingly to your inner child or inner teenager and listen to others do the same.
