This meeting is open and anyone may attend.

This meeting runs for approximately 90 min. and focuses on reading the Big Red Book followed by sharing. Lots of free parking and close to transit.

As of September 1st, 2025, this meeting moved to 1440 West 12th Avenue in Vancouver Our business meeting is held the last Saturday of each month after the regular meeting.

In this meeting we read from the Big Red Book and listen to a guided meditation on becoming your own loving parent. After the meditation we sit quietly for 8 minutes to practice non-dominant handwriting and/or sit lovingly with the inner child followed by sharing.
